Please note: Pets are welcome but please make sure they do not disturb neighbours and that they do not damage the furniture or floor. Please do not allow them to sit on the furniture or beds. Smoking is not allowed in the bedrooms.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Party “leader”
    We would ask that all communication be with one member of the party, whose name will be given first on the booking form. We will, however, be happy to copy in other members when sending emails.
  2. Deposit and Balance
    A deposit of 30% of the total sum is payable within 10 days of the date of our emailed or faxed confirmation of provisional booking, which will include details of method of payment. The provisional booking will cease to hold after this period. The balance is due on arrival.
  3. Cancellation
    If you find it necessary to cancel your holiday, please inform us immediately. We will then endeavour to re-let the house, in which case a corresponding refund of the deposit paid will be made, minus a management fee of 150 Euro.
  4. Arrival and Departure
    Please aim to arrive after 4.00 pm on the first day and vacate by 11.00 am on the day of departure. Instructions on picking up your keys will be sent to you with our confirmation of receipt of full payment.
  5. Internet/TV/Telephone
    Broadband internet, wi fi, television (TV OTE), electricity all included in the cost. Phone available for incoming calls.
  6. Items supplied
    All necessary kitchen and laundry equipment is supplied. Bedding and bathroom linen are provided fresh twice a week.
    A cot with mattress is available on request. We do not normally supply linen for the cot. We can also provide a high-chair for feeding, a playpen and a play table and chair, if required.
    Large solar-heated boiler supplies hot water (electric water heater switch available if necessary).
  7. Occupancy
    The number of guests will normally be up to 8. No additional fee will be payable for extra guests but if you expect the number of guests to exceed this number, please let us know. Regretfully, however, we will not be able to provide extra linen.
  8. Pets
    Well-behaved pets are welcome. We would ask only that you ensure they do not sit on the furniture or disturb the neighbourhood in any way.
  9. Complaints
    f there should be any cause for complaint, or accidental damage, please report this immediately so that we can rectify it as soon as possible. We will do everything reasonable and within our power to effect speedy repairs to furnishings, equipments or facilities which may be faulty or fail during your holiday. However, no guarantees are given and no refunds will be made should any such fault, failure or breakdown occur and be rectified as soon as possible.
    We will be happy to have your constructive criticism of provisions made, services provided or our procedures so that we can make any improvements feasible. Any suggestions will also be very welcome!
  10. Housekeeping
    Guests undertake to keep the premises and furniture, fixtures, fitting and effects in or on the premises in the same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the holiday and to leave the premises in an appropriate state of cleanliness and general order, and to pay the cost of repair or replacement of any exceptional damage which may occur. Small breakages of kitchen china and glassware are excluded!
  11. Liability
    No liability is accepted for any injury or loss of, or damage to, personal property suffered by the guests or any member of their party.
  12. Inability to provide accommodation
    If for any reason of force majeure we are unable to welcome you to Annousa's House, we will make every endeavour to arrange alternative accommodation, subject to your agreement. If this is impossible we will of course make full refund of any payments made.
